- There's volts on them thar pins, and audio, and MHz, and reset.

- I recommend using a standard DB25 M-M adapter and a standard 9 wire
- DB25-DB25 modem cable. The required signals are passed through
- and the non-standard signals from the A1000 are automatically
- excluded.

- Active pins for normal RS232 modem communication are:
- 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,20,22.
- Pin 1 (Frame Ground)
- Pin 22 (Ring Indicator) is not active on the A1000 serial interface.
